Jason previously worked as the Head of Community and Grassroots Development at the NFL - leading on the strategic and operational growth of NFL Flag in the U.K across both schools and community settings. He was also the Head of Student Services and Academy tutor at Bolton Wanderers Football Club. Moreover, Jason was a professional athlete playing for the San Diego Chargers in the NFL and for teams in Finland, Spain, and Switzerland, and is a qualified teacher”.
